CardPouch Pro Auto-Renewal Notice

Revised: October 15, 2026 Effective: upon publication and completion of applicable notice requirements Provider: CoderChan — coderchan.support@icloud.com

This notice covers monthly and annual Pro subscriptions. It does not cover the one-time lifetime purchase or the local legacy-user grant.

Confirmation and renewal

Apple handles subscription billing using the period, price and payment method shown at confirmation. Subscriptions renew under Apple’s rules unless you cancel before the current period ends. Allow time to cancel and check the renewal/expiry date in Apple’s subscription settings.

Trial and introductory pricing, eligibility and the price after the offer are shown at purchase. If you do not want a free or discounted trial to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Continued access after trial cancellation depends on Apple’s displayed status. Eligibility alone does not start a trial; confirmation is still required.

Cancellation

On iPhone, open Settings → your name/Apple Account → Subscriptions → CardPouch → Cancel Subscription, or use Manage Subscription in the app. A missing Cancel button with an expiry message usually indicates it is already canceled. See Apple’s instructions.

Uninstalling, signing out of iCloud, deleting cards, disabling sync, stopping use or purchasing lifetime Pro must not be treated as cancellation of an existing subscription. Verify its status with Apple. Cancellation and refunds are separate; see the Purchase Terms.

Plan changes and entitlement status

Plan changes, effective dates and billing adjustments follow Apple’s confirmation and transaction rules; immediate changes or prorated refunds are not guaranteed. Price changes follow Apple’s notice/consent processes and applicable law. This notice does not obtain advance consent to an unspecified price increase.

Failed renewals, pending approval, refunds or revocation can change access. The app uses verified transaction status. If a paid entitlement is missing, try Restore Purchases and contact support without disclosing passwords or verification codes.

Expiry does not delete existing cards. Free limits and Pro feature boundaries are described in the Purchase Terms. The Apple Standard EULA and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
